Transaction Management

  • Qualify - We will verify the qualifications of potential buyers.  If needed, we will introduce the buyer and / or the buyer's agent to a reputable Lender or Mortgage Broker, check the progress and status of the buyer's loan on a continuous basis to help minimize the danger of a transaction with an unqualified buyer.
